The location
A private estate with a genuine sense of place
Set in the Herefordshire countryside, Glewstone Court is a privately owned country house with the kind of authentic period presence that is increasingly difficult to find. The estate sits within its own grounds, offering a self-contained location that can be dressed, lit and configured to suit your production without the constraints of a shared or public venue.
The house combines original architectural features, including stone fireplaces, ornate ceilings, panelled rooms and generous windows, with the practical scale that production teams require. Whether you need a single room for an interview setup or the full estate for a multi-day drama shoot, the backdrop is there.

Production support
Everything your production needs on site
We have hosted film and television productions before and understand the practical demands of a working shoot day. Our team works with production managers and location scouts from initial recce through to wrap, making sure the estate is prepared and responsive throughout.
Early call times, extended shoot days and the full range of production logistics are all manageable. Catering for cast and crew, overnight accommodation and flexible access can all be built into your hire.
Accommodation on site
Keep your cast and crew together
Glewstone Court can accommodate up to 30 overnight delegates across its beautifully appointed bedrooms. Keeping cast and crew on site between shoot days removes the logistical complexity of off-site accommodation and allows your production to maintain momentum.
Each room combines period charm with thoughtful modern comforts. Accommodation is available as part of a full location hire package and can be tailored to the specific needs of your production.
